The if-machine tomatically transform words to things but only if you believe in the process where tomato-toes are the fuel making the machine run. For instance the if-machine can transform the word finger to an actual finger of flesh and blood. And the word tomato-toe can be transformed to an actual tomato-toe. And the word hoop-hope-ocean will be a concrete hoop-hope-ocean.

Fundamentally, I built the if-machine by decapitating the bird Phoenix, who are now fluttering headless around in the if-machine eating tomato-toes and expelling red feces translegged to red eggs
