The beings begin

From my nose and from the rest of the face and from my whole body hundreds of beings or creatures broke out through the skin. The creatures immediately grew to enormous size. For a short time the beings  copulated with each other, but soon they went back to me and fucked the hundreds of holes in my skin. Then the beings shrank to their original size and crawled back into my flesh.
